Spiral from Darkness

Spiral from Darkness

A common flower around the world, it peeks out from shadowy darkness on an overcast day. The name comes from the spiral trail of flowers that seem to follow the subject bloom. The image was captured near Isla Negra, one of the poet Neruda's homes in Chile.
